The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Rugby Development Officer (RDO) to join our innovative team. Our Focus is on growing and developing rugby across the West Coast region. As an RDO, you will play a pivotal role in recruitment, retention and development of players, coaches and referees, with a particular emphasis on primary and secondary levels and increasing participation in the game we love.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the recruitment and retention of players at primary and secondary school levels.
• Increase participation in rugby within the West Coast region.
• Engage with local communities, schools, and clubs to foster a strong rugby
culture.
• Implement rugby-specific systems and processes to enhance player participation and development.

Key Attributes:
• Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about rugby.
• Demonstrates an ability to engage with the community, build strong
relationships and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge and experience of rugby systems and processes.
• Well organised, aspirational, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
