\nWe are seeking a passionate and dynamic Rugby Development Officer (RDO) to join our innovative team. Our Focus is on growing and developing rugby across the West Coast region. As an RDO, you will play a pivotal role in recruitment, retention and development of players, coaches and referees, with a particular emphasis on primary and secondary levels and increasing participation in the game we love.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Drive the recruitment and retention of players at primary and secondary school levels.
\n\u2022 Increase participation in rugby within the West Coast region.
\n\u2022 Engage with local communities, schools, and clubs to foster a strong rugby
\nculture.
\n\u2022 Implement rugby-specific systems and processes to enhance player participation and development.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about rugby.
\n\u2022 Demonstrates an ability to engage with the community, build strong
\nrelationships and deliver results.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge and experience of rugby systems and processes.
\n\u2022 Well organised, aspirational, and able to manage multiple priorities.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
