West Coast Rugby Union Draft 2018-2021 Strategic Plan Consultation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The West Coast Rugby Union is commencing consultation on the attached draft 2018-2021 Strategic Plan. This plan will set the direction for the board and drive decision making at the governance level.<\/p>\n

You are receiving this letter as you are one of our key partners in building and growing the game of rugby on the West Coast. It is important that we hear from as many schools, clubs, sponsors and supporters to ensure we capture the right direction for the future.<\/p>\n

To help with this, we invite you to provide feedback to the board. This can be via letter, or capturing your key points on the attached feedback form.<\/p>\n

Board members are also keen to attend committee meetings with clubs and any other forums over the coming weeks. Please let us know whether you would like board members to attend a meeting and we will ensure that we work in with your school, club or other group, to get as many of our members along to listen.<\/p>\n

Consultation period<\/strong>
\nThe consultation period will run from 15 January to 2 March 2018.<\/strong> Following this consultation period, the board will examine the feedback and notify a decision on the plan by 30 March 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n
